Rent an EOS session room
A good room makes a full day of EOS work easier for everyone at the table. Here's how to find one in the city where your client is, and what to look for.
Where can I rent an EOS session room?
SessionRooms lists session rooms owned by EOS Implementers and others who run EOS sessions, in cities across the US. Search by city or address, compare rooms side by side, and book by the full day, the half day or, where the owner offers it, 2 hours.
What makes a good EOS session room?
A private room where a leadership team can work all day: a U-shaped or conference table, lots of whiteboard or flip chart space, a big screen, natural light, comfortable chairs, fast Wi-Fi and easy parking. Every listing shows the room's EOS setup, seats, amenities, food nearby and house rules.
How much does it cost to rent a session room?
Each owner sets their own full day, half day and 2-hour rates, and every listing shows them up front. Some owners offer free 2-hour slots for 90 Minute Meetings. You see the full total, including any service fee, before you pay.
Can I book a room for a 90 Minute Meeting?
Yes, at rooms that offer 2-hour slots. They open closer to the date (14 days ahead by default), so full day sessions booked months out aren't crowded out.
Who can book a room?
SessionRooms is for EOS Implementers and others who run EOS sessions. Sign up with your EOS Worldwide profile link, or a short note on how you run sessions. Once your account is approved you can book any room.
How do I pay, and what if plans change?
You pay by card or bank account when you book. Each owner picks a cancellation policy (Flexible, Standard or Strict) that's shown on the listing and sets how much comes back if you cancel. If the owner cancels, you get a full refund.
When do I get the Wi-Fi, door and parking details?
As soon as your booking is confirmed. They're in your confirmation email and on your booking page, so you can share them with your client before the session.
I have a session room. Can I list it?
Yes, and listing is free. Add photos, your setup, prices and house rules in an afternoon. Choose instant booking or approve each request yourself, and get paid to your bank through Stripe after each session.
Is SessionRooms part of EOS Worldwide?
No. SessionRooms is an independent marketplace built by an EOS Implementer for the EOS community. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by EOS Worldwide.
