Privacy Policy

SessionRooms is operated by Power Up Consultants, LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use SessionRooms, why, and who we share it with. It sits alongside our Terms of Service.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number, the link to your EOS Implementer profile or a description of your role, and your account type.
• Booking details: the rooms, dates and head counts you book, what you paid, refunds, and the messages and emails about your bookings.
• Listing details (owners): your room's description, photos, prices, location, calendar, house rules, private access details and on-site contact.
• Payment details: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card or bank account number. We keep Stripe's references to your payments and payouts, and for owners, the payout status of their Stripe account.
• Basic technical data: sign-in cookies that keep you signed in, and the standard logs our hosting keeps (such as IP address and browser) to run the site safely.

How we use it

• To review accounts, run bookings, take payments, pay owners and send refunds.
• To send the emails a booking needs: confirmations, requests, reminders, cancellations and payout notices.
• To show rooms on a map and find rooms near a place you search for.
• To prevent fraud and misuse, handle payment disputes, and meet legal and tax duties.

Private room details

A room's private details (Wi-Fi details, access instructions, parking details and the on-site contact's phone and email) are shown only to the owner, our admins, and a renter whose booking is confirmed and fully paid.

Who helps us run the site

We share information only with the services we use to run SessionRooms:

• Stripe processes payments, refunds and owner payouts, and verifies owners for payouts.
• Resend sends our emails.
• Supabase stores our database, accounts and photos.
• Google Maps shows maps and looks up places and addresses.
• Vercel hosts the site.

When you book or request a room, its owner sees your name, whether you are a verified EOS Implementer, your EOS Worldwide profile link, how many people are coming, how many bookings you have completed or cancelled on SessionRooms, and the details of that booking. Once the booking is confirmed, the owner also sees your email and phone so they can reach you about it. Renters see the owner's public listing, and the private details above once their booking is confirmed and paid. We may also share information when the law requires it.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

We keep account and booking records while your account is open and for as long as we need them for payments, taxes, disputes and legal duties. You can ask us to close your account and delete what we no longer need to keep.

Your choices

You can see and update your account details on your account page. To get a copy of your information, correct it, or delete it, email us.
