A bright, quiet room built for full-day EOS sessions. A U-shaped table seats 14 in chairs that stay comfortable from 8 to 5, and the EOS Model, Core Values and Accountability Chart posters are already on the wall. Four whiteboards and two flip charts give you room for the V/TO, Rocks and a long Issues List, with fresh Pilot V Board markers in both bullet and chisel tips. An 85 inch screen with HDMI and wireless casting puts the Scorecard up in seconds, and a Meeting Owl and a whiteboard camera bring remote team members into hybrid sessions. Low-pile carpet keeps the room quiet, privacy glass keeps it focused, and big windows let in natural light. Coffee, water, snacks and fidgets are set out before you arrive. Free 2-hour slots are perfect for a 90 Minute Meeting, and hotels a short walk away make it easy to host a 2-day Annual.

Half days

Morning 8 AM to 12 PM. Afternoon 1 PM to 5 PM. Half days open 30 days before the date.

2-hour slots

Free 2-hour slots for a 90 Minute Meeting: 8 AM to 10 AM, 10 AM to 12 PM, 1 PM to 3 PM, 3 PM to 5 PM. They open 14 days before the date, so full days come first.

What is not included

Lunch isn't included, but plenty of good spots are a five minute drive (see Food and catering below). Bring your own client materials; small print jobs are fine at the front desk. If you'd like music on breaks, the room speaker plays our session playlist.

Know before you go

Getting there from the airport

About 10 to 15 minutes by car from Lafayette Regional Airport (LFT), and close to I-10. Rideshare pickups are quick from the airport. Pull into the front lot, use the main glass doors, and check in at the front desk. The room is on the second floor, with an elevator just inside.

Parking

Free parking in the front lot, about 40 spaces right by the entrance. Overflow parking is behind the building. No permit needed.

House rules

Doors open at 7:30 AM and the room should be clear by 5:30 PM. Please reset the U-shape, erase the whiteboards and leave the markers in the tray. Take any leftover food with you. Coffee, water, snacks and fidgets are on us.

Cancellation policy

Standard: full refund 14 or more days before, half back 7 to 13 days before, no refund after that.

The service fee isn't refunded if you cancel.

Days are counted to your first day, in the room's time zone. You can change your dates once, up to 2 days before, to any open dates within 12 months of your original date. A refund is still worked out from your original date.

What renters see after booking

On a real room, these stay private until your booking is confirmed and paid. Then they show on your booking page and in your confirmation email. These are sample values.

Getting in
You'll get a door code that works only on your booking days, from 7 AM to 6 PM. The front glass doors open at 7:30 AM. Room 204 is on the second floor, and Jordan can meet you there.
