About
Built by an EOS Implementer, for EOS Implementers
SessionRooms is a marketplace for rooms set up for EOS sessions, listed by Implementers and others who run them, in cities across the US and Canada.
Why I built it
I'm Lyn Askin, a Certified EOS Implementer based in Lafayette, Louisiana. I've facilitated hundreds of full session days with leadership teams, and the room matters more than most people expect. A team that has to fight for wall space, squint at a small screen or hunt for parking loses energy it should be spending on the work.
Finding a good room in a client's city has always meant phone calls, hotel meeting rooms priced for conferences, and coworking spaces that were never meant for a full day of EOS. Meanwhile plenty of Implementers have a great session room that sits empty on the days they aren't using it. SessionRooms puts the two together.
What makes a room session-ready
Every listing shows what an Implementer actually checks: the table setup, whiteboard and flip chart space, the screen, natural light, Wi-Fi, parking, food nearby and house rules. Rooms book by the full day, the half day or 2 hours, so a room can host a Quarterly, an Annual or a 90 Minute Meeting.
About me
I've been building and running companies since 1988. Today I help founder-led companies get traction with EOS, and I'm also a Certified Exit Planning Advisor. You can read more about my work at lynaskin.com or see what clients say in my Google reviews.
I also founded Venzy, practice-management software for EOS Implementers and their teams. It handles clients, session prep, follow-ups and invoicing, and it connects to SessionRooms so you can find a room for a session without leaving it.
SessionRooms is an independent community of Implementers and is not affiliated with or endorsed by EOS Worldwide.
